Today, PCBs  are tested with modern Flying-Probe testing systems for proper function. These test systems are highly complex and require very fast electronic controls and sensitive measurement equipment. The test systems are expensive investments and therefore often work in three shifts around the clock. The electronics must be correspondingly rugged and have to meet the highest quality standards.
